[Updated] Notice: Technical Issues Affecting Renewal

Updated May 28, 2026: We are currently experiencing occasional technical issues affecting the renewal process. We are aware of an issue with the COTO Portal and are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Registrants are encouraged to continue renewing their registration on or before the May 31 deadline.
If you have experienced an issue, please email registration@coto.org with the following information:
- first and last name
- registration number
- date and time the issue occurred
- description of the issue (for example: no receipt, made multiple payments, etc.)
- screenshot of the issue (if available)
The COTO Registration team will respond to all inquiries within one week. We recognize that the one-week response window will extend past the renewal deadline. This timeline will not impact a registrant’s renewal status.
Any confirmed duplicate registration fee payments will be refunded.
