[NOTICE] Update on Technical Issues Affecting the COTO Portal

Updated: June 1, 2026: Thank you to everyone who renewed their registration. We appreciate your patience with any technical challenges experienced during this process.
If you have not yet completed renewal, please do so.
Many of the technical issues with the COTO Portal have now been resolved. However, a few issues are still being addressed, and we continue to work to ensure the system operates reliably for all users.
If you have experienced an issue, please email registration@coto.org with the following information:
- first and last name
- registration number
- date and time the issue occurred
- description of the issue (for example: no receipt, made multiple payments, etc.)
- screenshot of the issue (if available)
The Registration team will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible.
